Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zeltino’s websites, accounts, chatbot tools, and related services. By using Zeltino, you agree to these Terms. If you use Zeltino for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

1. Using Zeltino

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice before a change that materially reduces paid core functionality.

2. Plans, trials, and payment

Your plan, usage limits, price, and billing cycle are shown on our pricing page, at checkout, or in an order form. Taxes may apply.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We will tell you about a price change before it applies to your next renewal.

Monthly usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. When a limit is reached, chat pauses until the limits reset or you move to a plan with higher limits.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Trials are offered for evaluation and may have limited features or usage. A trial does not become paid unless you choose a paid plan.

3. Your content and instructions

You keep ownership of content you submit to Zeltino. You give us a limited right to host, copy, transmit, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in line with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and instruct us to process it. You are responsible for the configuration of your chatbot, its approved knowledge, notices presented to visitors, and the lawful handling of leads and conversation data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Zeltino to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• collect or expose personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate notice;
• send spam, malware, deceptive content, or harmful instructions;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the service;
• access another user’s account or data without permission;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or
• present AI output as guaranteed professional advice or use it for a high-impact decision without appropriate human review.

We may investigate violations and suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

5. AI-generated responses

AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. You decide how Zeltino is configured and must review outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, employment, eligibility, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Zeltino does not guarantee that every response will be correct or that the service will meet every requirement. Features intended to assist people do not replace qualified professional judgment.

6. Third-party services

Zeltino may connect to websites, models, payment providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their products. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

7. Ownership

Zeltino and its licensors own the service, software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zeltino at any time and may cancel a paid plan as described in your account or order form. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unpaid fees, unlawful use, or where required by law. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue — including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits — remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zeltino is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Zeltino’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and additional terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

We may transfer these Terms to a company we control. We will let you know before this happens, and your subscription will continue on the same terms.

An order form, data processing agreement, or other written agreement may add to these Terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the more specific signed agreement controls.

11. Who provides Zeltino

Zeltino is provided by Adrian Bosacki, operating under the Zeltino brand, Poznań, Poland. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@zeltino.com.
