Choose a flow
Select a focused conversation path for lead capture, meeting booking, or guided product discovery.
On this page
A flow gives each conversation a clear purpose. It controls the questions Zeltino prioritizes and the next action offered when the visitor is ready to continue.
Match the flow to visitor intent#
Choose the first flow according to the action visitors already expect on the page:
| Flow | Best used when | Typical completion |
|---|---|---|
| Lead capture | Visitors need answers before contacting the team | Contact details and useful enquiry context |
| Book a meeting | A call or consultation is the normal next step | A visitor reaches the booking path |
| Product finder | Visitors need help selecting from several options | A relevant product or category is recommended |
Start with one primary outcome#
Avoid asking one flow to solve every possible visitor journey. A lead capture flow should qualify and collect an enquiry; it should not also behave like a complete product catalogue and support center.
Define the questions#
Ask only for information that changes what happens next. Useful questions commonly clarify:
- What the visitor is trying to achieve.
- Which product, service, or use case is relevant.
- The expected timeline or urgency.
- The contact details required for follow-up.
Keep optional details optional. Long questionnaires can interrupt visitors before they receive enough value from the conversation.
Review the completion state#
The final state should tell the visitor what will happen next. Confirm whether the team will follow up, a booking page will open, or a recommended resource is ready to view.
After selecting the flow, continue with Configure business outcomes so the result can be recognized consistently.
